Cibolo has grown fast, and a lot of our work here is in newer subdivisions: move-in and move-out cleanups, garage resets, backyard projects, and the leftovers from a remodel. Many of those neighborhoods have HOA rules about where a dumpster can sit and for how long, so it pays to check before delivery day.
16-yard: $425 for 3 days or $475 for 7 days. 20-yard: $550 for 10 days or $800 for 30 days. 25-yard: $650 for 10 days or $975 for 30 days. Extra days are $25 each. The 16-yard covers most garage and household cleanouts. For flooring, drywall, roofing, or a bigger remodel, the 20- or 25-yard gives you more room. Plan to keep the dumpster on your driveway if you can. It is the easiest spot for delivery and pickup, and it usually keeps the HOA happy.
If the job is mostly furniture, boxes, or appliances, junk removal may be faster than a dumpster. Our crew does the lifting and carrying, and the stuff is gone the same visit. We also handle small demolition, like a shed, playset, or interior tear-out, and we rent totes for projects that need them.
A few tips for Cibolo projects. Keep paint, chemicals, tires, batteries, and electronics out of the dumpster unless we have talked about them first. Heavy materials like concrete, tile, and dirt use up the weight allowance quickly, so mention them when you call. If you are moving, book the dumpster a few days before your move-out so you can load at your own pace instead of all at once.
