Small-scale demolition for sheds, play structures, decks, and select interior tear-outs. Every job is evaluated on site and done under a set-price bid, so you know the scope and price before work begins.

01

What’s coming down

We provide small-scale demolition for sheds, play structures, decks, and select interior tear-outs. Whether you’re removing an old structure or making room for your next project, our crew can assess the work and plan the removal.

Every demolition job requires an on-site evaluation before we provide a quote. We look at the structure’s size and condition, how it’s built or attached, access for our crew and equipment, and nearby buildings, fences, septic systems, and utilities. This helps us determine how to complete the work safely while protecting what needs to stay.

After the evaluation, we provide a set-price bid requiring a signed contract that outlines what will be demolished, the debris removal included, and how the area will be left when we’re finished. You’ll know what work is covered and the agreed price before we begin. Any changes to that work will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

02

Utilities and permits

During the on-site evaluation, let us know about any electrical, water, gas, or other utility connections to the structure, along with any known or suspected hazardous materials, such as asbestos. Any necessary disconnections or hazardous-material removal must be completed by qualified professionals before demolition begins.

The property owner is responsible for any required permits or approvals. We’ll discuss these during the evaluation so everyone knows what needs to be in place before work starts.

03

Demolition and cleanup

Our crew handles the demolition, loading, hauling, and cleanup outlined in your signed contract. During the on-site evaluation, we review access, nearby property, and any site concerns so we can plan the work safely. Everything included—and how the area will be left—is agreed upon before we begin.

To request a bid, call, email, or fill out the form below. We’ll schedule an on-site evaluation and talk through what you need.

Who handles utilities and permits?

Any utility disconnections or hazardous-material removal must be done by qualified professionals before demolition begins. The property owner is responsible for required permits or approvals; we’ll talk through them during the evaluation.

Is debris hauling included?

Yes. Our crew handles the demolition, loading, hauling, and cleanup in your signed contract, and the contract states how the area will be left when we’re finished.
