When the work is more than you can handle on your own, our crew does the lifting, carrying, and hauling for homes, rentals, and businesses—from a single item to a whole-property cleanout.
01Junk removal or a dumpster?
A dumpster is usually the more cost-effective option if you’re able to do the loading yourself. It stays on your property while you take time to sort through belongings, decide what goes, and work at your own pace.
Junk removal is a good fit when you need a quicker turnaround or the work is more than you can handle on your own. Items may be too big, too heavy, or spread across the property. Our crew handles the lifting, carrying, and hauling, taking care of anything from a single item to a whole-property cleanout.
For larger jobs expected to exceed one dumpster load, we provide a set-price bid requiring a signed contract for the agreed work. This is especially helpful for estate and property cleanouts, where it can be difficult to know exactly how many loads will be needed. Your price is based on completing the agreed cleanout, so you know what to expect without having to count dumpsters.
02Homes, rentals, and businesses
At home, we help with garage and attic cleanouts, old furniture and appliances, yard clutter, and the leftovers from a move. For landlords and property managers, we handle rental turnovers and eviction cleanouts. For businesses, we clear offices, storage rooms, and retail spaces, working around the hours and access requirements of the building.
Inviting a crew into your home or business requires trust. We bring professionalism, respect for your property, and an understanding that every situation is different. Whether you’re facing an overwhelming cleanout, managing an estate, or preparing a property for its next use, we come without judgment and focus on the help you need.
We’ve handled several eviction cleanouts and understand the care and coordination these circumstances require. These jobs often begin without an opportunity to see inside the property and involve a two-part process: bringing a crew to the site under an agreed minimum charge to remove belongings from the home, followed by hauling and disposal as authorized. When law enforcement must be present, we coordinate our work accordingly and follow the directions of the officer overseeing the process. Throughout the job, we treat the property, belongings, and everyone involved with the utmost respect.
03Junk removal pricing
Junk removal starts at $125, our minimum charge. As a general guide, volume pricing is about $250 per quarter-load, and smaller pickups are priced proportionally, subject to the $125 minimum. Weight, access, items spread across a large area, and dismantling may increase the price.
We offer free estimate ranges by message or photos and free on-site quotes within our service areas.
04Removal day
When our crew arrives, we’ll walk through the items to be removed, confirm what stays, and review the approved price before work begins. If you’ve added items or materials since the original quote, we’ll discuss any price adjustments and get your approval before including them.
From there, our crew handles the lifting, loading, and hauling with care for your property and everyone on site. Our goal is to work as quickly and efficiently as safety allows, keeping disruption to a minimum so you can get on with your day.
Before we leave, we’ll walk through the space with you to confirm the agreed work is complete.

If you need an exact quote, we’ll schedule a free, no-obligation on-site estimate within our service areas. We’ll review the items and access in person and confirm a price for the agreed work. If you add items afterward, the quote may change; we’ll review any adjustment with you before work begins.
